There are many factors that get in the way of having meaningful relationships with others- what was modeled to us during childhood, traumatic events, self-destructive behaviors, difficulty communicating and setting boundaries etc. Our relationships with others often teach us about the relationship we have with ourselves. Our work will explore ways to develop and maintain healthy connections with others that reflect your worth and support you on your life journey.

World.

We are all deeply affected by world events based on the intersectional identities we occupy. These events and inequities impact our health and wellness, self-esteem, and ability to function. Let’s work together to help you to understand the larger context of your lived experience and develop and maintain healthy habits, self care, and community care, to thrive despite the complicated world we live in.
